Shipping Policy

Although many of our items ship from Pennsylvania, we also work with an on-demand order fulfillment company with facilities that ship worldwide.

All Muslim Merch items are prepared and shipped from the fulfillment company that we work with. Muslim Merch items ship out contingent upon the speed of the fulfillment company but are usually shipped out within a week of your order. You will always be notified once the fulfillment company has made your items, packaged them and shipped them out to you with your tracking number.

All non Muslim Merch items are shipped out on the weekends. This means if you place an order on a Monday it will be shipped out the upcoming weekend. All non Muslim Merch items order cut off period for shipments is Friday at 11:59 PM. All non Muslim Merch orders made after 11:59 PM on a Friday will ship out the proceeding weekend.

 

My order should be here by now, but I still don't have it. What should I do?

Before getting in touch with us, please help us out by doing the following:

  Check the specific description on our website of the turnaround time pertaining to handmade and/or pre-order items or if your order consists of partial Muslim Merch items that may ship out at different times than regular items that may even be on the same order (as previously stated Muslim Merch items ship out separately from regular store items)

  Check your shipping confirmation email for any mistakes in the delivery address

  Ask your local UPS or USPS if they have your package

  Stop by your neighbors in case the courier left the package with them

If the shipping address was correct, and the package wasn't left at the UPS or USPS store or at your neighbor’s, get in touch with us at support@nznztaljah.com with your order number.


How do I track my order?

You’ll receive a tracking link via email when your order ships out. If you have any questions about your tracking or shipment, drop us a line at support@nznztaljah.com.

 

I received a wrong/damaged product, what should I do?

We’re so sorry if the product you ordered arrived damaged. To help us resolve this for you quickly, please email us at support@nznztaljah.com within a weeks' time with photos of the damaged product, your order number, and any other details you may have about your order. We’ll get back to you with a resolution as soon as possible.
